We didn’t start with theory. We started with frustration. Our founders spent years watching professionals struggle with communication—not because they weren’t smart or capable, but because they’d never learned how persuasion actually works. They’d seen brilliant ideas die because the person pitching them couldn’t influence the room. They’d watched talented salespeople fail because they were using manipulation tactics instead of genuine influence.
So we built something different. Invloedkunst B.V. teaches the psychology behind influence without the sleazy tactics. We’re talking about how people actually make decisions, what triggers change, and how to ethically guide those conversations. It’s based on decades of research—Cialdini, behavioral economics, neuroscience—but taught in a way that actually sticks.
Since 2018, we’ve trained professionals across the Netherlands in negotiation, persuasion, and ethical influence. Our students aren’t trying to manipulate anyone. They’re learning to communicate more effectively, present better ideas, and build genuine trust. That’s the real skill.
